On June 17, 2014, the Nevada Insurance Commissioner was appointed as Permanent Receiver of Physicians Benefit Resources Risk Retention Group, Inc. ("PBR") and an order of liquidation was issued by the First Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada. The liquidation order enjoins and restrains all persons, corporations, associations and all other entities wherever located from interfering in any manner with the Receiver's possession of the property or his title to or right therein and from interfering in any manner with the conduct of receivership of PBR. In addition, all persons are hereby enjoined and restrained from wasting, transferring, selling, disbursing, disposing of, or assigning the Property and from attempting to do so. Further, all persons are restrained from obtaining any preferences, judgments, attachments, or other liens as to any property of the insurer, or making any levy against its assets or any part thereof.
