PROAIR Risk Retention Group, Inc.

On November 12, 2014, the Nevada Insurance Commissioner was appointed as Permanent Receiver of PROAIR Risk Retention Group, Inc. by the Eighth Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada. The receivership order enjoins the insurer, all of its officers, directors, stockholders, agents and employees from transacting any further business on behalf of the insurer or wasting or disposing of any assets or property of the insurer. In addition, all persons are hereby immediately restrained from the commencement or prosecution of any actions by or on behalf of the insurer or against the insurer. Further, all persons are restrained from obtaining any preferences, judgments, attachments, or other liens as to any property of the insurer, or making any levy against its assets or any part thereof.

PAIR Reciprocal and PROAIR RRG mail Proof of Claims

All known potential creditors of Professional Aviation Insurance Reciprocal and PROAIR Risk Retention Group were mailed Proof of Claim forms on January 30, 2015. Potential creditors were identified from the books and records of each company. Many of the potential creditors were noted in the records of both companies, and they were sent a Proof of Claim in each. If you believe that you have a claim against either, or both, entities, please use either the form you received that applies to the proper entity for your claim, or file claims in each entity if you believe you have separate claims against each.
